Art at the Altar

Art at the Altar 2006 was a tremendous success and raised over £1600 for its chosen charity Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice. The event, which ran from 1st - 7th December attracted over 500 visitors, who gave their support by buying either raffle tickets or some of the many attractive exhibits.

The picture below shows Mrs Diane Bramall and the Bluebell Wood stall. This alone raised over £800 towards the total figure which was donated to the charity. If you click on the image below, this will show more of the pictures from the event.

The Partnership sold cards featuring one of the illustrations from 'An Explorer's Guide to Penistone'. A few packs are still left, and can be purchased from either the Partnership Offices or the Visitor Information Service in St John's Church, which is open every Thursday morning.
