Women's Event 2006 & 2007

2007  We promoted the work of the Partnership, highlighting all the different projects that we are currently undertaking.  Literature from the Visitor Information Service was available, including leaflets on bird-watching, Celebrations in Penistone and where to eat.

2006 We served Fairtrade fruit juice at the Penistone & District Community Partnership's stall. We also promoted 'Pilates in Penistone' as part of the Active Lifestyle Project, and over 15 people have signed up, including 3 men! More than 100 people visited the stall and sampled the juice. Thanks go the Co-operative Society in Manchester for their contribution, and to the local Co-op for storing the fruit juice until the day.
